Dear Parents,

Welcome to REMOTE LEARNING! I am Mrs. Gamble, your child’s teacher. We are very fortunate to have our supporting teacher, Mrs. Farer working with us this year. Remote learning will be different from Distance Learning in the spring, but together we will make it successful. I look forward to working together as a team throughout the year so your child will achieve school success.

I am looking forward to seeing you at Back to School Night on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 6:00 pm. Many of your questions will be answered then. In the meantime, here are a few classroom business items to take care of:

Our daily schedule:

Log into Clever as a student on your laptop.

Log into Zoom.com on September 1 and every day at 8:15 am. Instruction will begin at 8:20.

10:00-10:15 Break. Use the restroom and eat a small snack.

12:15-1:00 Lunch

1:45 Dismissal

On August 31, you should have picked up a bag of materials for your child at Rio Vista. Please do not cut or tear out any pages. Keep them organized in a safe place and I will explain the materials to your child during class. The first week of school will be challenging for everybody. Please have patience with your child and me. ( If I get logged off during the session, wait for me as I try to reconnect.
